Notes to Clients

To make sure you receive all items desired please make a mark next to the item and return to us via post or fax together with our  Hire Agreement.

The hire charge work out at approximately 20% of the retail value.  This is for our standard 36 hour hire, we will charge an extra fee should the props be used for a longer period.

Irreparable breakages are charged at 80% retail value - thank you for your understanding.

Cleaning fees apply for props returned dirty (especially wax!), this does not include maintenance only spills etc.

Fire extinguishers will be provided but smokers are to take care of hired goods!

Candles are only to be used in holders provided. Garden flares well away from the tents please !

Travel expenses will need to be discussed, depending on your requirements, as we are now Waiheke based, however we do have a depot holding some goods in Auckland.

We ask for a 50% booking fee with the balance due on completion of set-up.
