BEST in TENTS HIRE AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 The hirer must agree to the following conditions before goods will be delivered to any function or event by the owners :  BEST IN TENTS

1. Any damage or loss of any hired item is the responsibilty of the signatory to this agreement. Failure to report any damage may result in extra fees being charged to the hirer for repairs or replacement.

2. The payment terms are as follows (unless otherwise discussed):

        50% payment for confirmation of booking prior to event

        50% balance on completion of job.

3.  Delivery charges will apply outside Waiheke Island.

4. If tent errection is site specific and hooks or special tie-downs are required the hirer shall cover costs of materials and labour subject to prior discussion and agreement. The hirer must be made aware of any holes that have to be drilled.

5.  Extra time may be required after a wet event to dry tents please inform us if this is not possible.

6. Best in Tents takes no responsibilty for damage or injury caused by the negligence of the hirer or guests. Safety equipment and instructions  are available.

7. In the event of a tent being lost, destroyed or stolen it shall be the hirers responsiblity to replace the structure or item in question.  Some special considerations are necessary in regards to the sourcing of these particular structures.
